Xiao Yan Tests His Power Against the Thunder Clan

Xiao Yan has spent time in seclusion refining the ninth-grade Xuandan, and his cultivation has risen to the intermediate stage of the Six Star Dou Sheng. His rivalry with the Thunder Clan's top genius draws the interest of Team Leader Lei Ying, who wants to test his strength personally. Xiao Yan accepts the fight, and his display of fire, including six different flavors of flame, leaves the onlookers stunned.

Hun Tian Di Appears

Hun Tian Di arrives at the ancient world and says the Soul Clan has come for all the ancient clans. He and Gu Yuan speak about an old conflict and the thousand years of retreat that changed both of them. The exchange confirms that the Soul Clan has two Nine Star Fighting Saints, which makes the situation far more dangerous for the ancient clans.

The Ancient Jade Is Stolen

Gu Yuan gathers the ancient jade kept in the ancestral hall, the most protected place in the clan. Gu Yang, an elder who was supposed to guard the hall, is revealed to be the one who took a piece of it. The clan starts a search, and the Black Smoke Army is ordered to block the ancient street and the ancient road so the traitor cannot escape.

The Search for Gu Yang

The searchers learn that Gu Yang has the strength of a late Five Star Dou Sage, and his aura is hard to track in the field. Investigators check the ancestral hall and the surrounding mountains. A search party then reports a discovery, and the episode ends on that note.
