Battle Through The Heavens Season 5 Episode 153

Episode 153 Full Recap (Spoilers)

Spoiler warning: this recap covers the whole episode.

Xiao Yan and Xun'er Set a Trap on the Second Level

Xiao Yan and Xun'er have just entered the second level of the Heavenly Tomb when many Dou Zun energy bodies attack them. The attack exposes a Hun Clan scheme, and the pair decides to kill the two Hun Clan members behind it before they cause more trouble. A nine-star Dou Zun energy body joins the chaos. Xiao Yan and Xun'er deliberately show weakness to lure out the two Hun Clan members, and the roles of hunter and prey flip, just as Xiao Yan had said they would.

A Hun Clan Fighter Uses a Secret Boost

The Hun Clan members step out to fight, and one of them, with six-star Dou Zun strength, taunts Xiao Yan that killing him will not be hard. Xiao Yan's sneak attack is brief, and the subtitles say it was meant to save energy. The fighter then uses a secret recipe that he claims instantly lifts his strength to the nine-star Dou Zun level without harming his body. He warns Xiao Yan that he is about to taste true despair.

A Puppet and the Energy Storm Roll In

A powerful puppet enters the fight, and the subtitles describe it as strong enough to challenge a nine-star Dou Zun. Before the clash settles, the energy storm rolls in. One companion urges everyone to run because the storm is a natural disaster of the Heavenly Tomb that even top Dou Zun could not survive, and it strikes only once every few decades. Xiao Yan and his companions can avoid it by reaching the third floor, which turns the storm into a deadline.

Rival Groups Gather at the Third Floor

Groups converge on the third floor, including the Yan clan, a Yao clan member who offers to contribute, and several brothers from other tribes. Some propose going in together, while others warn that anyone who uses the chaos to act against the group will be dealt with. One voice says Xiao Yan and Xun'er should go first and the others last. The entrance is hard to break into, so the groups agree to take turns.

An Energy Curtain and the Condor Throne

On the far side, the group finds an energy light wall that seems to repair itself, and someone suspects it was made by ancient powers. The energy storm outside may be connected to them. The subtitles name the Condor Throne as the prize every side is fighting for, and the path ahead is described as a completely unknown adventure.
