Battle Through The Heavens Season 5 Episode 91

Episode 91 Full Recap (Spoilers)

Spoiler warning: this recap covers the whole episode.

The Hong Family's Marriage Demand

The Hong family's marriage demand comes first, leaning on its new standing in Tianbeicheng and on a nephew who has just become a disciple of the Fenglei Beige cabinet. Uncle Han rejects it flatly. In his family, two girls do not serve one husband, and none of his daughters will marry into the Hong family, no matter what position the Hong family reaches. The refusal turns a polite negotiation into an open threat.

Xiao Yan Breaks Up the Hong Men's Ambush

Hong men stop Han Xue on the road and tell her the Hong family head wants to see her. Xiao Yan, the mysterious stranger who saved her earlier, steps in. The Hong men call him an arrogant child and try to bring him down with a sneak attack and a combined assault. Xiao Yan finishes the fight in less than three rounds, capturing two four-star battle emperors alive. The Han team then rushes back to the Han house, with Han Xue safe and two prisoners taken.

Hong Chen Puts the Marriage on a Duel

Hong Chen lays out the deal. If one Han family member can defeat him, the Hong family will leave the Han family alone for ten years. If he wins, both Han Yue and Han Xue are his. He frames it as a choice: accept the offer or face violence. A Han family member warns that anyone who dares touch Han Xue will die miserably, which shows how little trust is left between the two houses.

Han Yue Vouches for Xiao Yan

Han Yue recognizes Xiao Yan as her junior from Canaan College, where he was ranked first among the inner courtyard disciples. She vouches for him to their father, Han Ting, who says he is ready to put his trust in the young man. Han Ting first tests him over nine rounds, pressing him about the space power he showed. Xiao Yan says he has only just mastered a sliver of it, but Han Ting concludes he can control space power at the Douhuang level and agrees to let him represent the family. Xiao Yan treats the fight as repayment for Han Xue saving his life. The duel with Hong Chen is set for three days later on the Tianshi stage.
