Battle Through The Heavens Season 5 Episode 90

Episode 90 Full Recap (Spoilers)

Spoiler warning: this recap covers the whole episode.

Preparing for the Repair and a Dangerous Trip

Luo Cheng drops his grudge and supplies a sixth-level Dragon Scorpion Beast demon core so the little fairy doctor can repair the space wormhole. Once it is repaired, Xiao Yan and his entourage board the spaceship and continue toward Zhongzhou. Sixteen days have passed since they entered the wormhole. The group has what it needs to control the toxic body, but the level six magic box may not deliver the most complete detoxification, so a level seven box is still required.

A Space Storm Blocks the Way

Midway through the trip, the space path is destroyed and a space storm forms. Escaping it without a strong Dou Zun seems nearly impossible, so the crew decides to force its way out. Zi Yan uses extraterrestrial power to hold the ship together, and the hull is pushed to its limits. Xiao Yan leaps toward the exit, and when the group checks, the space rune has flashed twice, a sign that someone came through from inside. The flashes suggest Xiao Yan was the one who came out, but no one can find him, and he may have been transported somewhere random in Zhongzhou.

Found by the Han Family

Xiao Yan is found injured by Han Chong, who explains that the true savior was the second young miss of the Han family, Han Xue. Xiao Yan thanks them and shares drinks at a camp set away from the water source to avoid trouble at night. Han Xue asks about Danta, which is said to lie in the center of Zhongzhou, and advises everyone to drink less because tomorrow the convoy passes through the territory of demon snakes and pythons. Another member warns that fierce fighting is likely in Wanshe Gorge.

Wanshe Gorge's Toll

The convoy reaches Wanshe Gorge, the territory of the demon snakes and pythons. Xia Mang, the man of all snakes, can summon every poisonous snake below level four, so the convoy must pay a toll to pass safely. Xia Mang is described as greedy, and the convoy cannot compete with his power. The toll may not be enough to end the matter, and the convoy realizes it has been caught. The standoff leaves the Han family's people with no easy way forward.

A Mysterious Senior Steps In

A hidden senior intervenes just as the situation looks grim, and the convoy's problem is resolved. The master does not want to show himself, and the rescue is handled quickly. Han Xue thanks the senior and promises to repay the life-saving grace, while the senior says he only passed by by accident and was just helping. The episode leaves the convoy ready to move on, with the Han family's trouble resolved for now.
