Hun Xuzi's Army Breaks Into the Medicine Clan

Hun Xuzi leads his army into the Medicine Clan's territory, and Yao Dan activates the heaven-transforming medicine array to hold off the first round of attacks. The clan can barely stop that opening wave. Then a powerful nothingness monster arrives in person and quickly destroys Huatian Yao Town. The clan's fighters are caught in a genocidal assault, and the defense is pushed to the brink of life and death. Hun Xuzi's forces press forward, and the clan's leaders admit that defeat looks certain.

A Medicine Pill Burns Out Its Own Soul

The clan's medicine pill reveals a remaining soul, which burns itself out and dissipates completely. The monster is severely wounded and some of its nothingness is swallowed, but it is not destroyed. The sudden reveal of the monster's trump cards shows how much the clan is outmatched. Hun Xuzi sees the clan's alchemy as useful and asks Yao Dan to make medicine just for the Hun Clan. Yao Dan refuses outright and says he would rather be killed.

Soul-Devouring Monsters and a Plea for Blood

The monsters are revealed to devour souls, and Hun Xuzi says the Tunling tribe was wiped out in ancient times. He claims that many races are growing lonely, and that only the Hun Clan will exist forever. He offers to protect the clan's bloodline if it surrenders, but a clan member declares he will not live an ignoble existence under the Hun Clan. Some elders vow to kill the enemy, and the team leader begs Xiao Yan for help preserving a trace of the demon clan's blood. Those leading the strongest men say they will sacrifice themselves so the others can escape.

Xiao Yan Faces Hun Xuzi as the Teacher Steps Back

Elders prepare to stop Hun Xuzi while others tear apart the sealed space. Someone tells the teacher to step back, and Xiao Yan takes his place at the front. Hun Xuzi speaks directly to Xiao Yan, saying the Hun Clan has heard many rumors about him and that he has long wanted to destroy him. He demands that Xiao Yan hand over the Hell of Tomogu Valley, and he offers to let him die happily if he refuses.
