Battle Through The Heavens Season 5 Episode 204

Episode 204 Full Recap (Spoilers)

Spoiler warning: this recap covers the whole episode.

Xiao Yan Re-enters the Void Thunder Pool

Xiao Yan deliberately entered the Northern Dragon King's soul space to preserve the memory of that battle and perfect it. The Soul Emperor, knowing the king's operation failed, summons the Void Devouring Fire to reform his body. Xiao Yan returns to the Void Thunder Pool with his puppet, the king, which completes its final evolution with help from heaven and earth. Then the puppet senses something unexpected deep in the pool.

Nine Profound Golden Thunders Stir in the Pool

Deep in the pool, the puppet finds the Nine Profound Golden Thunders, a thunder pill that only a ninth-grade Golden Core can pull off. Their power rivals the Purifying Lotus Demon Flame and even the Void Devouring Flame. Each flash can shake the earth and reduce an ordinary Dou Sheng powerhouse to ashes. A black devil snake tries to gather spiritual energy from them, but its own kind is destroyed, and the snake finally surrenders to save its relatives' lives.

A Thunder Gains Intelligence and Grows Stronger

Someone called Little Yi accepts the thunder's power and says it has helped them grow, and the energy finally stabilizes. The thunder becomes the only Nine Profound Golden Thunder with intelligence in the world, and everything recovers under the guidance of Zi Yan. The thunder's new awareness turns the pool from a danger into a resource.

Dragon Island Reports and the Taixu Alliance Pact

Sister Cai Lin and a companion warn that if Xiao Yan does not come back soon, they will search the Void Thunder Pool themselves. Dragon Island is recovering, and the Taixu Ancient Dragon Clan is back on track under his leadership after completing its unification. The Heavenly Mansion Alliance has just defeated the Soul Palace but may come back, so Xiao Yan must return to the alliance. The clan entrusts him with its alliance agreement for Elder Yao and promises to remain his friend. Xiao Yan says he will consider it and return to Dragon Island when he has time.

Soul Hall Hides and the Medicine Clan Calls Xiao Yan Home

Soul Hall has pulled back all of its branch halls, which makes investigating it nearly impossible. The group's plan is to strengthen the alliance and wait for Soul Hall to slip, since a bigger conspiracy may be coming. The Pharmacopoeia is drawing near, roughly a month away. The teacher's parents left a dying wish to have their names engraved on the Medicine Clan monument, and only those with great clan achievements may do that. The teacher is heading back to fulfill it, expecting some Medicine Clan members to try to stop him.
