Episode 139 Full Recap (Spoilers)

Spoiler warning: this recap covers the whole episode.

Blood wakes the Dou Sheng skeleton

The scramble over the scrolls takes a sudden turn when blood splashes onto the Dou Sheng skeleton and brings it back to life. Facing the danger, the rivals agree to fight the skeleton together first. In the middle of the battle, Xiao Yan uncovers the secret of the Heaven Grade technique. The skeleton then unleashes that technique, the Heavenly Transformation Palm, and the group suffers heavy casualties. Even with only a sliver of life left, the skeleton still releases terrifying destructive power.

Scrolls give way to the bones

Once the group realizes the scrolls are fakes, the real treasure becomes clear: the skeleton itself. Zhai Xing demands the bone fragments, and Xiao Yan's side is urged not to let rivals take the frame. A Heavenly Demon Phoenix speaker boasts that his tribe fears no one, and that the bones could help him understand how to advance to Dou Sheng level. Zhai Xing then calls the material Dou Sheng Essence and wants the destroyed skeleton for himself.

Alliances form around a poison body

Several factions line up their own deals. One speaker offers Zhai Xing a collaboration, promising to take only one thing from the skeleton. Fenglei Pavilion has an old grudge with Xiao Yan and wants to handle him, while Ice River Valley wants his poison body. Burning Flame Valley is challenged to say whether it really means to interfere. Before the next clash, a figure warns that reinforcements from the Nine Serene Deep Ground Python Tribe are on the way, so no one will be able to escape.

The Senluo Great Star Hand

The battle splits into pairs. One fighter says he will face Zhai Xing head on, while others block the rest. Soul Lock and Fire-Splitting Tsunami fly through the ruin, and Xiao Yan's Three Thousand Burning Flames keep healing his wounds. Zhai Xing merges four seals into the Senluo Great Star Hand. He is stunned that a kid who has only just reached Dou Zun can withstand the attack, and he decides that the young man must die before he becomes a huge threat.

A Phoenix accusation and a Void Dragon aura

The Heavenly Demon Phoenix Tribe turns on Xiao Yan, accusing him of stealing its Phoenix Blood Essence and secretly absorbing the tribe's bone wings. Zhai Xing answers with a Demon Phoenix Bell attack. Then the Dragon-Phoenix Origin Fruit surfaces, and the call goes out to take it, putting Zi Yan's safety at the center of the crisis. A powerful aura appears that the group recognizes as an Ancient Void Dragon's.
